1. 수집 및 처리하는 정보
하루 지하철은 별도 회원가입 없이 모든 기본 기능을 바로 이용할 수 있습니다. 사용자가 저장한 즐겨찾기 경로와 설정값은 기기 내 저장소(UserDefaults)에만 안전하게 보관됩니다.
2. 위치 정보의 처리
앱은 가까운 지하철역 추천 및 승하차 역 교차 확인을 위해 기기 위치(GPS) 권한을 요청할 수 있습니다. 위치 데이터는 오직 단말기 내부에서만 일시적으로 연산되며, 외부 서버나 광고 네트워크로 일체 전송·저장되지 않습니다.
3. 실시간 현황(Live Activity) 및 푸시 안내
음성 안내는 앱에 포함된 음성을 오프라인으로 재생하며 음성 안내를 위해 사용자 음성 데이터를 서버로 보내지 않습니다.
열차 조회에 필요한 역·노선 정보는 Haru 지하철 서버를 거쳐 서울시 API에 요청되며, 같은 역·노선의 응답은 이용자 간 공유해 조회량을 줄입니다. 사용자가 하차·환승 알림을 활성화하면 잠금화면과 다이나믹 아일랜드의 실시간 업데이트를 위해 알림 경로·선택 열차·진행 상태 및 Apple ActivityKit 푸시 토큰이 하루 지하철 실시간 서버(subway-live.sdcaiagent.com)로 암호화되어 전송됩니다. 활성 안내 세션은 시작 후 최대 4시간에 만료됩니다. 안내 종료 또는 만료 시 활성 경로·진행 기록을 삭제하지만, 종료 푸시를 전달하기 위한 마지막 표시 상태·푸시 토큰·기기 식별자는 Apple의 전달 수락 또는 토큰 무효 응답까지 별도 재시도 기록에 남을 수 있습니다. 현재 이 재시도 기록에는 고정 최대 보존기한이 없습니다. iOS 앱 정품 확인용 App Attest 공개 키는 마지막 사용 후 30일이 지나고 활성 안내와 종료 전달 대기 기록이 없을 때 삭제 대상이 됩니다. 정확한 GPS 좌표·연락처·광고 ID는 이 서버에 전송하지 않습니다.
iOS 2.6.11 (build 47)와 Android 2.6.12 (versionCode 22)부터 광고를 표시하지 않으며 Google Mobile Ads 및 UMP SDK를 포함하지 않습니다. 아래 광고 정보는 그 이전 광고 지원 버전에만 적용됩니다.
4. 광고 서비스 (이전 광고 지원 버전만)
이전 광고 지원 버전에는 Google AdMob 네이티브 광고가 포함되어 있었습니다. 당시 Google Mobile Ads SDK는 광고 서비스, 분석 및 사기 방지 목적으로 IP 기반 대략적인 위치 및 기기 식별자를 처리할 수 있었습니다. 사용자는 해당 구버전의 앱 설정 및 시스템 설정을 통해 개인정보 선택 권한을 행사할 수 있었습니다.

Overview
Haru Subway does not require user registration or an account. Your favorite routes and preferences remain on your device.
Location Data
When permitted, location data is used solely on-device to recommend nearby subway stations and corroborate journey status. Precise GPS coordinates are never transmitted to external servers or advertisers.
Live Activities & Background Updates
Voice directions use audio included with the app and play offline; user voice data is not sent to a server for this feature.
Station and route lookups are sent through the Haru Subway server to the Seoul city data API; responses for the same station and line may be shared across users to reduce requests. When journey alerts are enabled, the selected route, train, progress state and Apple ActivityKit push token are sent encrypted to the Haru Subway live server (subway-live.sdcaiagent.com) for Lock Screen and Dynamic Island updates. An active guidance session expires within four hours of starting. When guidance ends or expires, the active route and progress record is removed. The last display state, push token and device identifier needed to deliver the end update may remain in a separate retry record until Apple accepts delivery or reports an invalid token. These retry records currently have no fixed maximum retention period. The iOS App Attest public key used to verify the app becomes eligible for deletion after 30 days without use when no active guidance or pending end-delivery record remains. Exact GPS coordinates, contacts and advertising IDs are not sent to this server.
Starting with iOS 2.6.11 (build 47) and Android 2.6.12 (versionCode 22), the apps display no ads and include no Google Mobile Ads or UMP SDK. The advertising information below applies only to earlier ad-supported versions.
Advertising (earlier ad-supported versions only)
Earlier ad-supported versions displayed Google AdMob native ads. Google Mobile Ads could process coarse location and device identifiers according to Google's Privacy Policy. Users could manage ad preferences in the settings of those earlier versions.
